I gotta tell you, you have set the bar really, really high on your driveway. Not only is time gravel slow to set, but it’ll end you up in a half-dozen different time zones when it snows - which is what I’m guessing happened here. 1832 was known for a warm winter, so clearly your time gravel is trying to warm itself up. My suggestion would blankets & patience.
