I love this song a lot. When I first moved to NY, it was on a CD I listened to a lot in the mornings on my way in from Park Slope. I loved that ride into the city on the F when you can see the Statue of Liberty for a second but you have to know where to look and then you’re underground and in the thick of things. That moment feels like this song to me.
