I am not a musicals person, but this is quite possibly the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Hyperbole indeed.
Carol Burnett & Julie Andrews at Carnegie Hall
Found in this article posted by the stunning Eliot Glazer.
Incredibly beautiful & two of my heroes. When I first moved to NYC, reading & rereading Carol Burnett’s biography got me through many a lonely day. And I used to fight with my sister Swiss to play our beat up VHS of Sound of Music (her vote was always beat up VHS Mary Poppins, though secretly I’d be happy with either). I was once lucky enough, to meet Julie Andrews. She was just like I’d always pictured her: just like a queen, absolutely stunningly beautiful and kind to everyone she met (even me, the receptionist). So much love for both ppl here.
